Search your artist name for a registration check and a streaming-based estimate where data is available. Then create a free account to review your catalog and connect your royalty sources. Public estimates are not confirmed balances owed to you; ownership, territory, reporting periods, and prior payments still need to be checked.
Missing registrations, incomplete ownership information, or recordings not linked to a work can stop streaming activity from matching to you. A public lookup can flag a possible issue; account data and supporting documents confirm what happened.
Yes. Claims can come from publishers, administrators, or other rightsholders. Review the claims and ownership details against your agreements before deciding whether a correction or dispute is needed. A third-party claim alone does not mean anything is wrong.
Connecting lets RoyaltyCoPilot read your works, statements, and claims. Registrations and claims always require your approval. On Free Scan and Artist, your royalty sources keep paying you directly. You can disconnect in Settings; see the Security page for details.
Free Scan and Artist take no percentage of your royalties. Artist is a paid subscription. Publishing Admin has no monthly fee and charges 10 percent of royalties we collect for you, under an administration agreement.
The artist check and the Free Scan account are free. Artist is $12 a month or $120 a year and adds guided fixes and monitoring. Publishing Admin is by application, with no monthly fee and a 10 percent fee on royalties we collect for you.
You review your catalog first, then decide how you want help. Free Scan and Artist leave your existing collection relationships in place, with no commission. Publishing Admin is a separate service by application for registration, claims, and collection.
